PRN leaps up the #PR league tables
Updated: May 12, 2020
It's wonderful to share some positive news during this dreadful time. We've been in business for 15 years. We set the agency up in 2005, when the economy was just recovering from one crash, only to face another downturn in 2008. We were worried, naturally, as not only were we still in start-up mode, but we'd introduced a disruptive model into a competitive industry well-serviced by plenty of great agencies. We battened down the hatches and forged onwards, hoping that the business could survive and even thrive in a bear market.
The PRWeek 2020 league tables prove that our concept of a PR agency where the team would work independently but collaboratively, with no central office overhead, was strong.
We're incredibly proud of our league table rankings! We're the SECOND fastest growing PR
agency in the UK by organic revenue growth (ie, not counting income from acquisitions):

PRN is now one of the TOP TEN B2B PR agencies in the UK at #10, thanks to growing our revenues from b2b programmes a huge 63% from last year. We were chuffed to see our great friends Octopus take the pole position in this table as we've known Jon and the team a long time - very well deserved.

We are #16 in the Technology PR Agencies league table, up from #37 in 2019. This is especially exciting for us, as most of our permanent team cut their PR teeth in the high stakes world of tech PR in the 90s and 2000s. We started the agency based on wins with Sony, Adobe and Apple and while we work in consumer, corporate and healthcare today, we still have a huge stable of amazing tech clients including SoundCloud, Snapchat, Western Digital and Workday. We count our clients as our friends and many return to us when they move roles. Our success is rooted in this loyalty, also testament to our senior teams.

We've made it into the big time! The PR Network is one of the top 100 agencies in the UK. PRWeek ranks us at #97 - a huge leap of 23 places on the previous year. This is thanks to some large account wins, some of which we secured without a pitch process:

We're no longer an outlier - all agencies are virtual right now due to Covid-19, according to PRovoke. We hope these league tables reinforce the viability and legitimacy of the virtual agency model, generating more opportunities for our own team and the wider category including the members of our PRCA Virtual Agencies Group. For now, this gives our hard-working team something to celebrate at a very difficult time!
Thanks to all our associates for their sterling work, and to all our clients for their business.
- Nicky
