PRN in a nutshell

Authority where it matters

Building and maintaining a unified brand narrative is everything. But true consistency requires more than just translation. It requires cultural nuance and real-world, battle-tested authority.

We ensure your brand's global narrative resonates authentically in every region and with every audience, including in AI environments, rising above the noise to build genuine, unshakeable market authority through campaigns that matter.

Our authority spans more than 1,400 senior consultants who can sense-check themes and approaches in each region. Imagine the world’s largest sounding board.

Locally. Internationally. Virtually.

Building authority for our clients on a global scale.

We build bespoke teams for every brief from our global network of over 1,400 senior professionals. We bridge geographic gaps by putting your message in the hands of local experts who know their media landscapes and cultural nuances inside-out. This removes the risk of appearing tone deaf. From start-ups to household names, we offer the precise, sector-specific know-how you need, exactly where and when you need it, working within your budget. Each team is expertly handled by our in-house team of directors to ensure the benefit of in-country reach, but streamlined hub control.

Across multiple territories, you cannot afford to have critical tasks handed off to inexperienced staff. The people you meet on pitch day should be the ones creating and delivering your strategy. Yet, too often, the senior experts disappear the moment the ink dries. Not with us. Our model guarantees direct, uninterrupted access to top-tier professionals. No swap out for juniors. Just an experienced pair of hands managing your brief from strategy to delivery, and everything in between.

You want to establish a significant international footprint, but a traditional global agency network comes with bloated overheads and inflexible structures. We have completely redefined agency value. With our agile model, proven over 21 years, your budget goes directly toward senior expertise and predictable business impact - not expensive, redundant office space or excess costs. We can flex your bespoke team up and down, fix weak links in tricky territories, and add additional global expertise seamlessly. Delivering results is our passion, proven by our retention rate.

As a communications leader, you are likely managing lean teams while facing intense pressure to prove ROI. You need an experienced agency team which sees the full picture and has your back. We partner with you to ensure your campaigns succeed and that you win in the boardroom too. By acting as a single point of contact and integrating our strategy seamlessly with your wider business functions, we deliver clear metrics and give you the strategic backing to lead with confidence.

Communications extends far beyond simply generating media coverage, although we excel here. It is a critical management function driving brand reputation. We work as a strategic partner who sees the all-up business picture - working with you to push PR higher up the decision tree. Commercially, we deliver impact - giving you the strategic support for confident market-ready campaigns. Don’t just take our word for it - check out our case studies and testimonials.

PRN for good

Business as a force for good.

Our market authority isn't just focused on our day-to-day client work. We believe business can be a force for good in the world - not just environmentally, but socially - and we are involved in a number of initiatives to change it for the better.

An equitable industry

As a female-founded business, we've always campaigned around gender parity. Our co-founders sit on the G100 Mission Million committee, within its Media, Arts and Communications Wing. The G100 aims to create an equal, progressive and inclusive environment for women worldwide, working towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

We have also supported community interest company Socially Mobile since its inception. Its aim is to break down the social and economic barriers that make our industry less equitable.

A people-first model

Our people are our business. Our remote-first, flexible model isn't a perk — it's a crucial part of supporting our team's wellbeing and lives, and a more equitable way of working for everyone.

We’re proud of our 100% rating on Glassdoor.

Beyond our commitment to our staff and our associate partners around the world, our co-founders sit on the State of Us committee which is aimed at improving mental health in the creative industries.

There is no planet B

Being an officeless global network helps minimise our footprint, but we don't rest there. We've partnered with climate consultancy Furthr since 2023 to measure our emissions across all our operations, and we invest in projects on the frontline of the climate crisis to compensate for unavoidable emissions.

All Furthr projects are certified by the Global Leaders in Climate Action: Gold Standard, Verified Carbon Standard, United Nations Climate Change or Eden Reforestation Projects.
