Stibo Systems had just wrapped their annual Connect event - an opportunity rich with customer interactions, insights and success stories.  But turning that energy - and the relationships built on-site - into lasting marketing value posed a challenge. Short on time and capacity, the team needed a smarter way to follow up with customers, manage interviews, and turn those conversations into usable content. With complex technology at play, they needed a a communications partner who could translate Master Data Management (MDM) solutions into compelling, accessible narratives fast.

 

Brief

Capture and convert rich, one-to-one customer conversations into compelling case studies suitable for marketing and sales use. These stories needed to reflect the voice of the customer, showcase the impact of Stibo’s MDM solutions, and live beyond the event to support wider commercial and advocacy goals.

Having worked with the team before, Stibo Systems  brought us in for our trusted copywriting expertise. Acting as an extension of their in-house team, we managed the process end-to-end— from designing a smart interview questionnaire to liaising directly with customers, fact-checking content, coordinating approvals, and delivering high-quality case studies, fast. 

With a strong background in complex B2B tech, our senior team translated technical MDM detail into clear, customer-led stories aligned to brand and tone. By taking care of the logistics and heavy-lifting, we freed up Stibo Systems’ comms function so they could stay focused on customer engagement, post-event momentum and delivering strategic value.
